This message means the ID number entered is already linked to an existing or in-progress Lula account.
This can happen for a few different reasons:
- You already have a Lula account
The most common reason is that an account was created previously using your ID number.
What you can do;
- Visit Lula Login
- Sign in using your primary email address
- If you’ve forgotten your password, select Forgot Password
- You used a different email address
You may have signed up before using:
- a work email address
- an old personal email address
- or a social login such as Google, Apple, or Facebook
What you can do;
Try the Forgot Password option using any other email addresses you may have used previously.
- Your application is still in progress
If you started an application but didn’t complete it, your ID number may already be linked to a draft profile.
What you can do;
Check your inbox for a Complete your Registration email and continue your application using your original login details.
- Another director or stakeholder already applied
If your business has multiple directors or stakeholders, someone else may already have started an application using a shared business email address.
What you can do;
Check with your team to confirm whether an application has already been submitted.
