If you haven’t received your password reset email, here are the most common reasons and how to fix them:
Check your Spam or Junk folder
Automated emails can sometimes be flagged by email providers. Look in your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders. If you find the email there, mark it as “Not Spam” to ensure future emails reach your inbox.
Double-check your email address
A small typo can prevent delivery. Make sure you are using the exact email address associated with your account. If you have multiple accounts (e.g., work vs. personal), confirm which one you used to sign up.
Wait a few minutes
During peak times, delivery may be slightly delayed. Wait 5–10 minutes before requesting a new password reset link.
Add us to your Safe Senders list
To avoid emails being blocked by your ISP or company firewall, add our domain (@lulalend.co.za) to your contacts or Safe Senders whitelist.
Corporate Firewalls
If you’re using a work email, your company’s IT security system (e.g., Mimecast or Proofpoint) might hold the email in a quarantine area. You may need to contact your IT department to release the message.
