One-Time Passwords (OTP) add an extra layer of protection to your account. You can enable or disable this feature at any time from your Security settings.
How do I enable OTP for extra security?
Enable OTP to require a verification code each time you log in.
1. Go to Connect Settings.
2. Select Security
3. Switch the Enable OTP Login toggle to On
4. A confirmation screen will appear showing your linked email address, this is where your OTP codes will be sent.
Once enabled, you’ll need to enter a One-Time Password each time you log in.
How do I disable OTP?
If you decide to turn off OTP, you’ll need to verify your identity first.
1. Go to Connect Settings.
2. Select Security
3. Switch the Enable OTP Login toggle to Off
4. Enter the current OTP sent to your email to confirm it’s you.
5. Once verified, OTP will be disabled and you’ll see a confirmation screen.
For your security, OTP cannot be turned off without completing this verification step.
