Payment Controls is a security feature within Lula Bank that helps businesses manage who can authorise and release payments.

With this feature:

Only the Primary User (the main account holder) has full payment authority. They can make payments directly and approve or release payments submitted by others.

Secondary Users (such as additional directors or authorised team members) can load and submit payments, but these require approval from the Primary User before they are processed.

Note: At this time, each business account can only have one Primary User.
