How do I block a Lula Bank Card or my account?

We're here to assist you. If your Lula Bank Card is lost or stolen, block it and report it immediately.

You can also block your account if you suspect fraud. Email us at cards@lula.co.za or call +27 87 250 0014.

If you suspect card fraud, report it to the authorities (SAPS), check your accounts, and contact a credit bureau. The main credit bureaus in South Africa are Experian, TransUnion, Compuscan, and XDS.
