What documents do I need to create a Lula Bank account?

Opening a business bank account at Lula is straightforward. Here’s what you need based on your business type:

  • Identity Verification: ID book/card or passport with a valid permit/visa for foreign nationals.
  • Personal Address Verification: Lease agreement (max 1 year old) or a statement (max 3 months old).
  • Business Address Verification: Lease agreement (max 1 year old) or a statement (max 3 months old).
  • Business Registration Verification:
    • Sole Proprietor: Unique Tax Reference (UTR) document.
    • Private Companies (before May 1, 2011): CM1 or CM22.
    • Private Companies (after May 1, 2011): registration certificate (CoR 14.3), Certificate of Conversion (CoR 18.3), Disclosure Certificate, or CoR 39.
    • Close Corporations: CK1 or CK2.
